yep, but you can go get the address from "properties," drop it into the address pane and the pic shows

yeah it's strange. not sure why but I set it so both urls go directly to the image but oddly in this environment it's not.

hell I even moved the site to the same server and redid the propagation (dns) and still no dice. maybe I missed a setting in the web server... bah! i'll deal with this later.

Hmmm, I thought it was you couldn't define the size w/BBcode. Maybe the directory needs the same rights as my cebby dir to work properly.

Lance - you had a syntax error in the URL.

Can't have spaces. Needs to have %20 instead. Operation_Rebuild directory was wrong. It's "Operation Rebuild Chaos Edition", which actually should read "Operation%20Rebuild%20Chaos%20Edition" in your URL.

The test was before moving my site over to the new server. I had it on the old unix server and somehow it stopped letting me link images to uy. Oddly all of my images were coming up as big red x's. I tried changing the folder name to Operation_Rebuild thinking that it didn't like the long folder name but that wasn't it. Ultimately I just gave up and just moved the site over to the new site and just fixed the folder name back to the original one and now it works.

The new problem I have is that somehow the images show up if I don't include the www. No clue but I'll deal with this problem some other time. Moving the site and making sure the dns moved over quickly was a pita. At least it only took me a few minutes :) (email is another story! haha)
