So what i am about to tell you all just happened about an hour ago and i cant sleep now. :screwy:

Ok i live in fort collins, a sweet town with a college problem as they say. Well its not us college kids causing the problems tonight!!! So at about 5am i woke up to go the the bathroom (at the end of my condo, the furthest most part of the place, you have to go through my room to get there) we all know how great it feels to have to wake up, get out of bed and go to the bathroom. So i'm finally done and turn around to go lay in bed again and right when i turn around there is a 4 foot tall old lady standing behind me!!!! I am shocked!!! She came inside went through our whole place through my room and watched me pee!!! So i freak out at her, start getting the profanity into the mix and guide her out the front door. After i get her out i turn on the light in the living room and i see a nice little bed she made up for herself on my couch with my blanket, along with her shoes nicely taken off and placed at the front door side by side, two purses, four phone books, and a broncos hat. and on top of all that was my roommates girl friends clothes that were in the dryer when we went to bed. So after i go through all of her stuff i come to the conclusion that she is homeless due to the fact her purses didn't have any money in them not even a wallet, so i start to feel bad for being mean... she comes back and bangs on the door and i open it and give her all of her stuff back (i mean she did take off her shoes, that more than what my roommate does), minus a phone book (i needed one) and all the clothes that were not hers and politely tell her to never come near my place again.
(by the way i DID lock the door but did not dead bolt it so she rigged the door open)

Sooooo looking back at it in hinds sight i wonder what all she got away with that i have yet to notice... She didn't take the two computers sitting in the living room, nor did she take the xbox or ps2 or tv... i donno maybe she didn't take anything else. but i guess only time will tell...

it has been a great morning for me and i hope it keeps getting better!!! :chair: :drink:

Maybe she fell in love with you and has been watching you from afar for weeks. Followed you home and knew your routine. Then starting getting obsessed with you ending in her breaking in and sleeping on your couch... Then she tried to impress you with her womanly skills by actually taking her shoes off neatly and putting them by the door.. Hey, she even brought phonebooks!! Thats a woman for ya!

You took a phone book :spit:.
I don't think homeless people looking for a place to sleep take tv's, computers or game consoles. Check you fridge and change jars. Freaky nonetheless although I wake up at 5:15 every morning.

That is creepy as hell.

I don't live across the street, I live across the parking lot. When I have been drinking I am pretty sure I could get a stream over to your sidewalk.

I live alone and always bolt my door at night. I would have killed some body if I woke up to that.

Don't you have a roommate who should have been woken up by this?

ya he woke up once i got her out. and he was there when we gave her stuff back to her. it was so weird, i didn't know how to respond. i'm sure if it was a guy i would have handled it different but a old little lady. lol

lol it was locked just not dead bolted. and saying you would and actually having the guts to when it actually happens are two different things...

It's going to be tough to top that story. That being said, I probably would have punched her in the throat, thinking it was a goblin.
