Tax refunds. For those that are getting refunds. What are you buying with it ? Paying bills ? New Toys ? Parts for your Toy ?
I know California, is delaying refunds if they are not accepted before the Feb. 1st. My State refund (CA) was just deposited into my account, it only took 5 working days total, glad I got before the money isn't available. My Fed check will be deposited by the 2nd.
I am getting Safety belts for me and my passenger.

I haven't gotten money back since I was in high school. If we get any this year it's going right into savings next to last years stimulus check.

Savings. If I land a job before then, I'll spend it on something. Not sure what though...maybe an LCD TV, upgrades to my computer, or tires. :D

If I get any, pay my accountant, and my 1st quarter estimated taxes, and go from there.

since i didnt work this year, no point in filing for me.
as for my parents, we will play with our IOU (like the old toysRus commercial) on the swing set until the actual check gets here, then we are stocking up on more survival supplies (earthquake, thermonuclear war, zombie invasion, etc) and probably more ammunition. :D

Haha, if it wasn't for my move from Montana, I wouldn't have got anything back this year. So, I'm right there with you. Too bad this next year, I won't have a significant move, so I get to pay, oh joy....

This year is going to be my best year for deductions so far. Full year of mortgage interest, a baby right off, and others, so I'm hoping to see a little return. We did make more this year, so that will set us back a little, but I've been putting away a good amount pre-tax each month.
I don't want to count my eggs before they hatch, but if the stars align, maybe I can swing a Hobart 140
