If you have an interest in being next month's feaured member, post up (1) pic of your truck and a brief blurb on your truck specs. This thread will be open for 2 weeks. After this thread is closed, there will be a poll started listing the members who have expressed interest in being the featured member. This will run for a little under the last two weeks of the month for our members to vote. The last couple days will consist of announcing the winner and gathering their info.

shes a 96 with the 3.4 and an auto trans. i bought it with 180k on the clock to go see the beautiful desert out here and explore mines. she had a few dents and a motivated seller but was in great mechanical condition. its my first 4x4 and i was in awe of where it would take me. my buddys and i would load the grill in the back with a few cases of water and head out onto the dirt roads to destinations we had scoped out on google earth. then i saw a cleghorn run posted on yotatech by scuba. i was surprized to see it was just down the road, so i thought id check it out. that literally set the wheels in motion for me to this great hobby/sport we all enjoy.

specs are in signature. she is not the most equipped here but i enjoy the heck out of this rig.

that canyon wall wants my green paint in the worst way haha. its had two chances now and both times i just barly made it. it was about as tippy as ive been. im thinking about front sway disconects to allow the low tire to droop further and maybe stop that bounce effect

that and allow that front to stuff a little more

Just get rid of the sway bar (completely), for a week, and see if it makes a difference. When my truck was IFS, I got rid of it and it didn't matter on the road! Or I just didn't matter that much.

Canyon walls are your friends, don't dis them that way :D

I ditched the sway bar off of my tacoma, and after a couple of days I was used to it enough that it doesnt bother me on the road anymore. :) It's been off for over a year now.

:D Yeah, well, that was about 3 years ago, after a major wash. I only took a picture of the better looking side. But honestly, it hasn't changed a whole lot since then. Just some paint fading on the hood, but otherwise, it's the same. It probably deserves more credit than I give it.

Sorry guys! My job, and recent lack of one, and the scrambling that causes left me no time to get this rolling. Voting thread going up now, and will be up through the weekend, and monday. (for those lucky guys out there wheeling this weekend) and then I will close it down on Tuesday. :)
