This year, taxpayers will receive an Economic Stimulus Payment. This is
A very exciting new program that I will explain using the Q and A
Format:

Q. What is an Economic Stimulus Payment?
A. It is money that the federal government will send to taxpayers.

Q. Where will the government get this money?
A. From taxpayers.

Q. So the government is giving me back my own money?
A. Only a smidgen.

Q. What is the purpose of this payment?
A. The plan is that you will use the money to purchase a
High definition TV set or a new computer, thus stimulating the economy.

Q. But isn't that stimulating the Chinese economy?
A. Shut up.

Q. That's a great idea. How does buying condoms from a Chinese supplier contribute to the overall goal of stimulating the US economy?

Q. Where will the government get this money?
A. From taxpayers.
The Federal Reserve, which is not a part of the goverment at all and is actually about as federally affiliated as FedEx (created in 1913 by the Federal Reserve Act, it only took 20 years of tampering to bankrupt America the first time - Stock Market crash of 1929, bank failures etc . . . sound familiar?)

Q. So the government is giving me back my own money?
A. Only a smidgen.
No they'll give you borrowed money that needs to be repaid back to the Federal Reserve, with interest

Q. What is the purpose of this payment?
A. The plan is that you will use the money to purchase a
High definition TV set or a new computer, thus stimulating the economy.
It's all a scam - the banks imploded the economy, allowing them to buy up commodities (banks, insurers, etc) at cut-rate prices so they pump up the economy again before it implodes and the cycle repeats . . . by the way, we need charismatic leader that can save us, I hope he didn't appoint Wall Street hacks all over the administration . . . the ultimate goal being a world bank, because that's the only way to stabilize the world economy, right? (the Euro worked great on the other side of the Atlantic, ask anyone)

Q. But isn't that stimulating the Chinese economy economic elite (Bilderbergs, World Bank, IMF, etc)?
A. Shut up.
