White noise (plays different sound clips, beach, thunder, etc, helps me sleep) - was free, might not be anymore
Google Mobile app - Free
GPS Tracker (allows my parents or girlfriend to track where my phone is when the program is active) - was free
Remote (used to control itunes on your computer over a wifi network, awesome tool) - Free

Lots more but most are toys, nothing essential

sorta like a community based program.
for the police traps, people post where they have encountered or seen cops hanging out.
and I think the camera one is already set since most of those are public access...
