and no, i'm not talking about the tube up the pooter, turn on the hose thing. i'm talking about the medicine/herbal stuff.

I've seen pics of this in the past but hadn't read much about it. I really think I could benefit from something like this. I've always felt that the colon should be cleansed, esp if you've had poor health, bad eating habits, etc. I think I'm going to explore this a little more, but has anyone tried this?

I never tried this, but I can say its impossible I have stuff in me. I say this b/c being lactose intolerant and despite eating VERY carefully I probably "empty" myself out completely every oh 2 weeks maybe. Sorry for a bit TMI but really it happens.

I tell you what, you try that stuff and you tell us how it goes..

HHi all,

yeah, I had a similar reaction after I read this stuff too. I am seriously contemplating it b/c I do have some lingering health issues and I did not eat very healthy once I got my driver's licence and thought I could eat whatever b/c I was active in sports. Not to mention, "the last 10 lbs" I've always had a b#tch of a time getting out might be related to whats in my colon.

I think this is akin to Seafoam and that AutoRX stuff :)

Well, I'm going to do some more research before doing this. Though I doubt I'm going to pick the dooky up with a stick and take photos!

I believe its all the stuff that has stuck itself to the inner walls of your colon. look at some of the bag-like things...looks like its shaped like the ridges in your colon. Or at least thats what i think they are

well its hard to say. i mean if it was this amazing id expect it to be a routine thing for people to do. please do keep us updated if you try it. i dont need pictures lol but just let us know if its doing anything worth while

edit: also some of those pictures dont look like any kind of rotting old fecal matter. they truely look like organs not just poop shaped like organs. kinda makes me think its fake i mean are these people eating string?
