99 4runner (not mine)

hey all,
I may know of someone that may be selling a 1999 4Runner, 5-speed, hood scoop and LOCKER, it only has 102K miles on it, body is straight, never been wheeled..
What would you pay if you was looking for one ?

I paid $10k for my '99 hood scooped, SR5, 5 speed with sunroof a year and a half ago. It doesn't have a locker but it only had 84K on the clock and was in great condition. I figure it was a steal for the condition (no body damage or rust), mileage, new tires and battery, etc. I would say if he priced it at $8500 it would be competative and sell quickly. Here in CA I'm not sure I'd pay much more over that.

a 4th gen isnt in the same class as a 3rd gen with the locker and 5 speed,,, i know, I had a locked 99 and now have an 04, lol I miss the 99, lol
