Need a keyless remote. Ebay?

I need a keyless remote for my 2000 highlander. I see that Ebay has a ton of them for all different prices. Anyone have any luck with these or is there another, preferred vendor, to purchase one from?

Mine was $20 shipped from some dude on eBay. It came with reprogramming instructions and has been going strong for the over a year I've had it.
