new driver? :flipoff:
hehe :tongueout:
you driving out there with those new tires? if you're not planning to hit the trails, save those tires for the trails and use your old stockers! no need for excessive wear and tear :) plus stockers will be better on the mpg if you know what i mean!
flush radiator?
belt condition?
in cabin filter? (if you guys have one)?
engine oil?
btw how many miles does it have anyhow? i guess that'll be a big factor on what stuff you gotta take care of.

I would use the old stockers but my dads planning on getting them mounted now.
Plus I dont have 125 to get them switched back on my rims..
Radiator was basically flushed during the repairs after accident..
Havent really looked at the belts, But it does say it at the end of my first post.
Dont have an in cabin filter, But im going to do the oil just before I go..
So on these new fangled coil pack's are the wired just called plug wires..?

Check your hoses. I had one tear on my car on the way back from Arizona a few weeks ago, in turn causing my head gasket to blow. Luckily I was able to patch up the hose and limp it back the last 150 miles

check your brakes, have the fluid flushed out at least a week before you heading out, so you have few days to check if it needs to be re-bled, so are the other items, give yourself some time to double check.
grease the drive line.
battery fluid level
check the AC see if it needs a refill. you don't wanna mess with the texas heat.
save your band new M/T, you're gonna get tired very quickly with the highway noise. cker will eat them like no tomorrow.

coil packs are expensive (90 a piece or so for the 5vz-fe) and should only be replaced if there is a problem. there are 3 spark wires, those should be replaced, about $60 from the stealer.

5 quarts gear oil, Valve cover gasket, plugs, air filter, fuel filter, and pcv valve and grommet.
Forgot to get the electric conector cleaner for the MAF and tps, Will get that before the weekend.
The way the miles are going im probably going to have my oil change needed to be done next week, so that should be good..

1/2 qt. Marvel Mystery Oil (http://www.marvelmysteryoil.com/index.php/site/mmo/) in the crankcase . . . or if you can get it from a someone at a dealership use BG MOA (http://www.bgprod.com/products/engineoil.html) - my friend (auto/large truck engineer) uses BG MOA in all of his race cars (500hp open wheel and the open wheel Formula SAE w/ CBR929 engine) and he swears it, says you can see a very thin red film on everything (bearings included) during tear-downs
