Restaurant style: Hot fudge sundae.
Claim Jumpers is my all time favorite, nothing like a 2foot sundae after you eat all your food.
ESPN zone skillet sundae is the next fav, 8" skillet with chocolate cookie dough put in the oven to bake taken out topped with ice cream and sundae toppings.

At home,
Frozen Reese's Peanut butter cups.

Since I'm on a diet, I've been making a dessert out of ricotta cheese, cocoa powder, a bit of vanilla, and a package of fake sugar. Good stuff, especially for being a dessert I can actually eat. :drool:
