I know when I did mine a couple years ago, I got my parts from NTP (http://www.store.partsdinosaur.com/page14.html) and from Parts Dinosaur (http://www.store.partsdinosaur.com/page14.html). I don't remember exactly what parts I got from where, but I think I may have got my timing belt, waterpump, and thermostat from NTP (definately wanted OEM for the WP and thermo), and I may have got the idler pulley and other belts from Parts Dinosaur.
For shits and giggles, I got a quote for the parts from my local, rape you in the ass, toyota dealership, and NTP was almost 50% less.
Make sure you pay attention to the parts since not all the parts fit all the 3.0 I think the idler pulley and the wp can be different depending on years and whether or not you have an oil cooler.
