Hello all. I've been getting information from this site for years during the build-up of my 4runner (which never seems to end :)). Below are the pictures I took of it at my latest camping trip in the Coconino National Forest (near Flagstaff, AZ). Thanks to all of you for your write ups, pictures and posts as they have helped shaped what I've done with my 4runner.

Comments/questions are welcome, thanks.

I'm digging the color of the bumper. Is it powder coated?

welcome aboard!

I'd say the only thing you need "immediately" would be a nice rear bumper :P

If you start to do a bunch of trails, look into some under armor to protect the belly. Those stock tin foils aren't the best when it comes in contact w/ rocks and other foreign objects so keep that in mind with your quest to mod your 4runner!

Keep up the great work!

Beautiful Runner!
Welcome To UY!

And like lance said, get a nice rear bumper on that thing!

It looks great! It's nice to see a "color" (even though its just gray) on some steel. Everyone (myself included) just goes black. Needs a rear bumper and some under armor, but looks great!
I was just out in Coconino county about two weeks ago!

Yes, both my bumper and sliders are powder coated a dark grey with a powder "clear coat". That just means they mix in some clear with the grey powder so it doesn't look flat.

I like the rear bumpers from Armorology and Sonoran Steel. A rear bumper is on my ever increasing list of items to buy/add to my 4runner :).
