well i got some issues and so does the truck... truck runs rough but drives has a power lag at initial acceleration. kind of hesitates till it hits a certain rpm than hauls ass... also keep getting a varying idle fast slow fast slow .... i cleaned the maf and seafoamed it also checked out the wires and replaced all vacuum lines. It sound like the tps but i've never had this happen before and i'm sure someone else has

I suppose your not getting any codes cause you didnt mention it.

My vote goes to IAC, or possibly the TPS. :D

I used to have a varying idle while in park, and while driving with my foot off the accelerator (such as coasting to a red light). The idle would jump up and down by about 3-400rpms. I cleaned the IAC, and that has fixed my issues. I also re-adjusted my TPS to try to solve a high idle issues I was having, so maybe that had something to do with fixing it as well.

I too have a slight hesitation now, but that didn't happen till after I re-adjusted my TPS, so I'm thinking I may have a bad TPS, or I need to play around with it more.

most opinions seem to be pointing towards the tps just got to get a meter and check it out I'll start there and see if that cures it

I kept thinking about that movie as I was playing with my TPS. It didn't help that 4crawler had a frame shot from the movie in his directions either.
