i wish there was stuff like that around here... all we have are a couple of small trails and oceano... no rock gardens up here...

Fissure mountain.... I've kinda heard of it..
A couple of us were talking about going back out to aftershock at the hammers..
Once you get back Troy, We'll see if we can get some of the guys that know BullFrog alot better to lead us out there..

Fissure Mountain is fun, don't underestimate it. You can definitely do it with 33s and 1 locker. There is a good rock garden at the start, then it gets pretty easy (and scenic) from there. There are a couple off shoots that you can take that have some good sized rocks, then there is the sand slide, which I believe is the only way out. LOL you wanna talk about pucker factor... that's it right there.

Of course that picture doesn't do it justice. What you can't see is the extremely off camber drop on the right side of the the trail that wants to pitch your vehicle down the hill.

it looks like what would happen if you took one of the steep dunes at oceano and mixed it with rocks... crazy
