i read through a lot of it... its very well thought out and written, and if the courts actually take the time to read through it, looks like we have a good case for reopening the trail system...

Nice! I love tellico, use to wheel there every year until they closed it. Hopefully if it reopens people will actually collect their trash (beer cans and bottles) and pack it out instead of throwing it out their windows.
