*Good catch Scuba, fwiw don't use the screwdriver in that spot to pop the panel unless you plan on buying a new one. Get a hook point and slide the left swiches left and the right ones to the middle of their slots, then putting the hook point in the recirc/fresh switch slot on the rightmost spot, with the tool in your right hand, turn it lightly clockwise while pulling forward slightly. At the same time, pry with your left index or middle finger at the edge of the panel where the ignition cover plate was and it'l pop loos with a little coaxing. If it's sticking, take your time and don't force it, or if like I've seen lately and it's all glued up with coffee or soda, spray a little rubbing alcohol at the edge to dissolve the gunk.

The bulbs are easy enough to get to once it's apart.
