Body Mount Chop/Mod FAQ w/ Pics Please!?

Paging puulboy, wikid, and Rtrac, those of you that have done this mod, please post up the tech and results of the process and it's value as I am about to help out with a build and would love better info.

Yes I searched on FJ-F and a couple other spots with poor results and no pics to speak of.
