Define "ACTIVE".

Those who post on a regular basis?
Those who have posted in a week? a month? 6 months?

Regardless, there are usually the same bunch who vote, which I find is the same bunch who post on a regular basis. We have a large membership here, several of which are very very knowledgeable people who like to post a lot, and hang out here. Then we always have a few voters who I think just happen to be on when an active poll is running. I think the most we have had vote on any one featured member poll is about 25.
