SR5 Instrument Cluster, HVAC panel, and 2 Taco/4Runner wheels

I just scored an 88 Longbed 4x4 and will be needing a few things but I'll start with these.

I need:

SR5 cluster from a 1st gen runner or 2nd gen truck 4cyl 5-speed (no ECT lights)

The cover for the climate control switches (that has all the stuff printed on it.. Mine's busted up)

2 15" Taco wheels (I have 3 and need 2 more for a full set). Here is a pic of the type of wheels:
