Post your vehicle spec's and results. If you can have your tech run a printout to post up even better.

Vehicle Spec: 1995 4Runner 2wd to 4wd and Automatic to 5-speed swap with a 3VZ-E 3.0 that has some minor hop ups and a performance exhaust system.

Ok, since I had to just replace a defective after-market catalytic converter, I went ahead and ran a sniffer test with just the new cat.

The numbers although respectable still had me thinking I've seen my vehicle run a lot cleaner so I checked the primary O2 sensor and found out it was acting "lazy".

Lazy, as in not cycling through the specified varied range enough times in a given time span so I replaced the primary O2 and checked the secondary, now both were doing great.

I figure since I'm working again I'd go ahead and run it on the dyno smog just like California does and here's the results..

So basically, now that the O2's are reading better and the replacement cat is stronger, I am getting better conversion of the exhaust gasses. :wrenchin:

Mileage was 16 city, 18-19 highway last time around, I went ahead and refilled it and am gonna check it again in a couple of weeks. This round I am going with Shell 89 octane versus the Chevron 89 or 91 I usually run.

Don't have to pass SMOG up here! :tongueout:

Seriously though, the second set of numbers tells me your truck is running very close to ideal. I would definately have said that 92 PPM for HCs on the first run is high and might indicate an issue. Typically you'd want to see less than 30 PPM (less than 20 is excellent) for HCs on a truck of that vintage tuned up and running well.
