Let me start off by apologizing if this is considered spam. But I love 4Runners way to much to let this go. I've entered my rig into a contest with Toyota. Current truck is 1988 4Runner v6 400,000km. Bought this truck being the 9th owner. Its age and previous owners are slowing creeping on it. HELP ME! :)

Paint the site on my truck, next day leaf springs break...fix it go for test drive...rad blows out :(

I would like to see someone small win, then Toyota just step up to the access plate and offer them what Subaru does Stateside, support and a vehicle to do it all in. Not everyone is sponsored in life.

I hear yah about the compettion. I'm also one of those people that uploaded videos and had them not going up till a week late. This was not the video I wanted to put up,but to me it says it all. I also agree the votes should goto someone who actually needs it. :) I know I'll probably never own a brand new 4runner, but that will never stop me from owning one for life ;)

Been leaking head gasket for awhile now(k i lied its been a year), exhaust in the coolant. Just dump overflow back into rad everyday. Been a year now and no worse. Only a Toyota :)I'd get to fixing it if everything else on the truck would stop wanting my attention.

my best suggestion for the radiator is a junk yard... i just picked one up in pristine condition off a '95 for $50... also finally picked up a new power steering box off the same truck, my truck will be trail ready soon! :-D

Well fixed the rad issue after a year of hassles. Im poor so gettin a new one was not a option. 91 ford explorer rad fit right in. And wow what a difference a good rad makes. I feel so bad with a ford part in my truck.

Help me vote....so I can stay with all toyota parts again ;)

Well with only less then 3 weeks in the voting part of the competition, there seems to be a battle for the top 3. I'm currently sitting in 2nd place. Never in my wildest dreams did I think I would be in the position I’m in. I defiantly owe a lot to the kindness of those fellow 4Runner lovers!

I’m calling upon the “internet army” to help me walk away with this…..Call this high hopes….But I’ve made it this far….So here goes!

My intention with winning this truck is to bring my youtube channel back with a vengeance which during the competition got taken down. (had since 2007) The interest for my channel soared once this competition started.

This will not be the last time you see this Lime Green 4Runner!

This toyota off roading community has been the best!

Well it’s about time I can share this at least for now. At the time of entry I thought of a way to get some other videos in that would be mainly for the judges eyes. Again both these videos is nothing fancy. I’m sure the judges will get why I entered these ones. I’m not looking for votes on these 2 vids. Yah the slideshow is fast…..but it shows my love for my truck that’s for sure.

At the start of this contest they had problems, and did not get my video up for almost a week late. At the time they contacted me apologizing and offering to give me those few extra days for voting. Well the site holding the contest has corrected my voting thingy....People can once go and continue to vote. I should have at least 4 more days of voting. So vote till June 4th now.

Well now is the waiting game. I see they are having voting run right upto June 16th. :( This is gonna drive me crazy now. No word from anyone at the competition and from the sounds of it no one else has either. So please everyone be patient I'm not going anywhere.
