well it seems desert season is come and almost gone, I know personally that I made one trip all season :flipoff:. So let's get started on planning our annual summertime big bear trip Sometime in August works for me.
Who wants to go?

do we want to hit a campground this time or still camp where we can't have a fire?

FYI TTORA Takeover is in bigbear this year and is August 6-7-8. I personally will be going to BB this saturday to aid in the reforestation effort. TTORA is running CLEG-Pilot-Dishpan on the 15th, so I suppose it's close enough to BB. I love mountain season :clap:

Sean what's up june only are you getting married or something? I can't do anything in june I have a family camp trip to the sierras and I'm still pretty broke. as it is I'm gonna have to save up for a trip in august. glad to hear that cleg and dishpan is open again. if we go near pilot rock My dad lives off of pilot near the sewage plant, we could use his property for a basecamp.

that is finals/moving out of my current place for me in june. mid to late may is good for me, gives the weather a chance to warm up a bit up there, melt some of the lingering snow (esp on john bull and dishpan) and gives me a chance to finish the bumper and maybe the skid plate!

im hoping that holcomb will be open, but not holding my breath for that one...

I would say maybe 4th of July weekend or the weekend of July 17th....I say campground for sure because hot rocks suck.

Otherwise we would need to wait until mid August.

I will be beering/broadcasting/off-roading in Mammoth during Bluesapalooza - the first weekend in August (same time as the TTORA thing) - so why not some other weekend?
