Big Bear, sometime June 18-24

I want to hit the trails a bit earlier than the main Big Bear event this year, so i am planning on going up on the above dates.

trail possibilities include holcomb creek and dishpan springs. no john bull.

camp is likely hanna flat, although that could change.

so who is in on these dates? scuba, troy, im looking at you! very casual event, camp or come up for the day. no pot luck, youre on your own for food, etc.

Holcomb is still closed...no word yet when it will be opened. I will be camping in Julian that weekend with the family...see you in Aug

Sean, I'm hitting Miller Jeep trail on the 19th, depending on the schedule I get, maybe I can make the 18th and camp, wake up early and head to MJT...

im also open the week after with no problems, if anyone could make it then. i rather go mid week but figured most would be able to make it the weekend.

nah i got too much stuff to do at my parents house this weekend. plus, memorial day weekend is a nightmare up there, and my truck is currently in more pieces than id like it to be.

we are going up sometime either this week or next, it really depends on doc appts. and such. i wont be doing any serious wheeling anyway. i still dont have a skidplate for the fuel tank, and i have some squeaks and rattles to track down before i do anything like that.
