20100904 labor day weekend run expo/camping?

hey just throwing this out there. no real solid plans but a few ideas:

-big horn mine day trip and or camping on blue ridge truck trail.

-socal mtn run cleg to rattlesnake canyon

-calico day trip to red cloud mine. this trip would be all underground so as to stay out of the heat

-calico night run to silver king

ive got a million places i want to see. so hoping this will be a place holder for what ever plans come out in the wash.

id favor some dirt roads, maybe some washed out sections, nothing tippy or huge boulders. im tired of trying to break stuff!

yeah me too. i just want to have some fun and be outdoors. i wish there were some good mines up in big bear but they all stink. the only interesting mine stuff is on the rattlesnake canyon side. there are two mining camps over there.

We are kind of limited by our little girls as far as mine adventures and stuff but would love to get out with some good folks for a mild run. We were envisioning a big bear/arrowhead run to get away from the heat and wind but any of the classics would do, i.e. Calico, Cleghorn, Bull Frog. Let me know if anybody is willing.

Dude I saw you a couple weeks ago in Apple Valley. You were leaving a 7-11 and I was leaving the JITB across the street. I don't think you noticed it was me or even noticed me.
