hey guys, looking to rent 1-2 of my spare rooms. located at greenback and 80 area. 4 bedroom house with a big backyard and a garage to do some wrenching in. asking 350 per month plus utilities.

That is cheap. I'm sure you'll find someone easy with those prices. You're freeway close, close to AR and Sierra. Going in to Sac State would be a little bummer with traffic but nontheless I'm sure there is someone out there.
