randver,
I had the same surgery, i remember the first week being so painful that i had to sit out for a week.
how did you jack your knee up? Hows the rehab/recovery? the thing that helped me was to sit on a chair, kid's skateboard under my foot, and rocking it forwards and backwards (under the chair). Seemed to be the best exercise for me.

nice to hear. when i was laid up after the surgery, my friends came by. everything was ooooo tay! until about 4am when the drugs ran out. then i called the nurse, they rolled my little bum over, and gave me the most wonderful shot of morphine. i had no idea it cud be that good and i can certainly understand why now there are such things as drug addicts.
my knee pain was pretty bad the first week. if i moved it even 1-2 degrees, i felt like someone took a vice to my knee. i hope your experience is not the same.
just try to keep it in motion, eventually it'l get better with motion. hang in there!

I'm getting shoulder surgery in two weeks, we can complain about the PT together! You'll probably be worse off though, not being able to walk and all...

not being able to put any weight on one leg makes everything so much harder.
