Tires for 03 4-runner

I have a 2003 4-runner 4x4 SR5 (V-8) If I leave factory wheels on it can I go up a tire size? wheels are 16". Also it is silver and what aftermarket wheels would look good on it. My son took over my 1993 4x4 toyota I bought new. 126,000 miles. Wife got a 2011 camry and I ended up with her 4-runner it has only 83,000 miles no dents or scratches. Thanks alot

I went up a tire size (32") on my 06 sport edition, and can tell you there will be rubbing up front, but only at full lock and going up small inclines (parking lot entrances for example). I put a 1" leveling kit up front and that has completely solved that problem.
