Should I care that this guy is using my photo without my permission? It doesn't seem like he's trying to scam anybody.

reminds me of a couple years ago when someone was running scams using 4runner pics from the net. but they where claiming the the 4runners in the pics where theirs.

Yeah, Bob, that's pretty much what the dude did. Made it pretty clear that the pic wasn't his.

I was a little bummed when I first opened the thread and the dude didn't use a SAS/bumpers pic. :laugh:

Yeah, I was curious which picture was being used too, when my brother sent me that link. Anyway, I don't really care as long as the guy isn't trying to scam people.

If you can prove thats your rig, then thats FRAUD....
Id ask for a percentage of the sale.

Sonoran steel used one of my photos withOUT permssion, on his site, I sent him a nice email and it was removed.

IMHO, thats stealing, some of you know me, and Id be more than happy to let just about anyone use any of my pictures, IF YOU ASK...

go check the link. the kid clearly states the picture is not his truck, but just looks similar. nothing fraudulant about that. the guy is lazy though haha. how hard is it to get a picture of the real truck?

thats cool, but if he is clearly using your photo for profit, without permission, IIRC that is Illegal.
