@Ric, FWIW..Wordpress is a personal blog/web page publishing program online based deal.

FWIW You can contact the publisher of that site page and demand renumerance, credit, or removal of it..it's you and your pic, you still have rights.

I left a reply myself yesterday..a little firm in tone. Let's see what happens from here, I made it from member@ultimateyota.com and noted it was Ric's rig so it isn't like the person admin'ing the site doesn't know they have commited a foul. From here it won't be hard to keep plugging away with asshat comments until it's pulled, if you wish us to do so. ;)
