truck has been sitting for three years , and I just had a new clutch installed after only 50 miles it started running rough so i've changed plugs, fuel filter, and air cleaner
any suggestions?

Running rough how? Does it want to stall? Is the check engine light on and if so have you checked for codes?

did u change ALL fluids? after 3 years all fluids will have separated out and need changing.
