thought you guys might have an idea of where to look.
Issue: everytime I turn off the engine, then restart, (fires right up) the clock and trip meter reset, Clock to 1:00 and the trip meter to zero, dome lights not working, and, when starting, the gas gauge goes crazy for a second, along with the key fobs not working, I did replace the batteries in the key fob.

All fuses are good, (both under the dash and under the hood) checked the battery, when engine is running, Ive got 13.7v engine off got 12.89v

Its on 04 V8 with 100,080 mls and just started today, with the extended war. ending at 100K lol

The clock, trip meter, and gauge sounds like you lost voltage on the "memory" circuit somewhere - on a wiring diagram, it would be the circuit that does not go through a switch or relay and has power all the time.

If you can't find your disc, see if you can find the wiring diagram here (http://www.ncttora.com/fsm/)

Sounds like the short pin went.
When we do pre-delivery inspections we have to install a short pin which makes all you listed work.
Its must be somewhere in that circuit.
