Welcome to the forum!
You'd have to buy a bellhousing from Australia or make your own. Dellows and CRS are the two companies down there that sell the kit (Dellows being the better one, imho). I've been out of the loop, and there may be other companies making adapter now as well.
I've also seen people make their own bellhousings by welding two halves together, or modifying the A340 bellhousing with a thin adapter plate.
Another option is to import an H150/151 tranny out of a 2uz equipped Land Cruiser and figure out what to do about the offset rear output on the t-case. Many of the H151/H150 transmissions use the same split t-case that is behind other Land Cruiser transmissions, so Marlin Crawler may have a solution for this. Not sure.
Wiring would be the hardest part. Unless you plan on using a stand alone ECU, you may be able to use the ECU out of a Toyota Crown.
Some good reading:

Note: The H150/150 and R150/151 are not the same transmissions!
Just my $.02.
