Image and Picture Stuff (Photoshop Request)

I figure since this is off topic it should go here. One of the guys on Tacoma World designed some new side graphics using the Z.O.R.T. logos from the web and a little bit of free time and I'm trying to have a little bit of design fun myself.

The problem is I only have a basic version of gimp for mac, and of course can't find my photo shop disc right now, it's packed away w/ my school stuff. Gimp's commands aren't 100% identical. Someone please help me to finish the merging of the background smoke behind my 4Runner along the horizon I set, if you want to bother blending it in all pretty cool, if not I'll finish that up on a 2-3pixel level and airbrush it all out the rest of the way.

Thanks Lee, I was getting ready to just sneak into the computer lab at school to do it myself. FWIW it would've taken me 15-25 minutes..but I knew the horizon stitch was key, how'd you do the window part? Layer cut?

just drew the outline quickly with the pen tool, made it a selection, then deleted it :)

A local dealership's been on me to get back into the fray and help them to organize/sponsor an event. I figured a time of year when about everything event wise for Toyota 4wd's would just about be done with..Halloween seemed like an option. From there it wasn't too hard to dream up that maybe a ZombieParty/Trick-or-Treat deal where the adults dressed up too could be pulled off. You gotta figure to a degree all our 4wd's are wannabe Zombie Apocalypse Rated anyhow. I want to do it as an afternoon event that can go into the evening, blah-blah-blah, barbeque, trick or treat the dealership and surrounding businesses, a lineup of vendors, vehicles, etc, pretty much a "Fun for all types" deal. Some guerilla advertising with a couple of "Flash Zombie Mobs" during their pending Scion events this summer would pretty much be icing on the cake to generate some interest. :D

*Whether or not they "bite" onto the idea has yet to be seen. All we'd need to justify the expenses would be at least 100-200 people attending in just walk-ons to make an effect. The rest of the event is just an excuse for a get together, ;)

Right now I'm putting the proposal together including windshield cards for strategic placement..
