Nope, from mine two years ago, but they were 2 pinion instead of 4 and that 8cyl would kill 'em. I can check w/ Jeff @ToyConnection in Santa Clara next week if you like or you call them yourself @ 408.988.4040.

Trying to go hyper-miler?

yes, sorry I should have explained, lol

not sure how, but coming home from the store, just heard this clicking sound, it just started out of the blue, so we threw it on the rack checked all the easy stuff, nothing looked out of place, but the axle was warm, so we spun the tires, and heard it, sounded like it was coming from the diff, so we drained the oil, and looked up inside, and seen a nice shinny tooth, lol
anyways, my rig is sitting at a shop, and Im looking for a used 3rd that we can throw in there, but its looking like I may have to get new gears.
We havent had time to pull the 3rd yet, to see whats all eat up, hopefully this week.
Sorry for not posting up details :chair:

If you go new gears, go aftermarket, Toyota rapes you on gears.

I would take this opportunity to rear gear hehehe

its looking like Ill have to get gears, not finding much luck in finding a used 3rd member for under $600 lol

Not sure I need to re-gear, been reading guys with the v8 and running 33s most say its fine, Im still running 32s lol
IF, and thats a BIG IF, if I had the money, Id do the rear ARB locker while I had it tore apart, lol but I dont have the cash for that :(

Yodaman's got a 4.11 E-locker Tacoma 3rd for less than $2k if that helps out.

I appreciate the heads up, but Id rather just throw in a 3rd member with 3.73 and be done, lol and cash is REAL tight right now :(
Thanks for letting me know

I think I found a complete 3rd member, with about 20K on it  time for some :wrenchin:

Damn that's expensive, tell him good luck with that - you can buy a brand new Marlin Crawler built E-Locker for $1200-$1500. I looked around a bit before finding a Elocker third with the Taco axle housing for $200, so deals can be had if you scour the web

^it's about $1400-1600 IIRC, I just don't remember the exact $$$$ and I think it comes w/ the harness also.
