Carrie started her career at Northridge Toyota in 1995 as a parts driver.  Over the years, Carrie has become the pulse that drives Northridge Toyota’s Retail Parts Center.  Her personality and enthusiastic approach regarding the parts business has made her a favorite on many regional and national Toyota enthusiast forums on the internet.  Offering a line of parts that are sometimes hard to get, Carrie never forgets that customer satisfaction is Northridge Toyota’s primary goal.  As a well qualified parts technician, Carrie has continued her expert certification with Toyota for the last 10 years.
