One of my main worries is bleeding out or tending to someone that is or may. Reading a lot and seeing pictures from the Boston Marathon bombing has me thinking I should look into adding some items that may help. Gaping and sucking wounds are something I've read about but have no training on handling. I maybe worrying too much but that stuff scares the crap out of me.

I want/need a larger bag but I want a flatter one that has more capacity.

That seems much better organized than mine. I might be trading up in the near future.
I still need a backpacking kit and a more expansive vehicle kit. and I need to get some of that new quick clot substitution.

mike, that looks good there! throw a small jar or tube of vaseline if you can. it'll come in handy :) like how it's nice and small though. way better than some of the other sized packs I have that I call first aid.
