C-Clamp Question

I'm working on a project where I need a bolt with a "shoe" just like you find on C-clamps. Maybe it's the cold medicine or lack of sleep but I can't get the gears in my head turning fast enough to find what I'm looking for.

Here's an example pic to help. I want just the bolt in this C-clamp. I could cut the T-handle end off a cheap clamp, but I thought I'd see if you guys can help me so I don't have to waste a couple clamps.
