Chris, what I do with those is just find a socket that fits inside the throwout bearing, set it in a vice or something to support the bearing, and drive the cast part out the bottom of the bearing....

I'm a full time college student, automotive mechanic, and I do custom metal fabrication on the side.

Unfortunately it is because as a US citizen you still have to file US taxes even if you live out of the country.
