The skid. The tank isn't strapped to the body. I strapped it to the skid so I can drop it easily if needed by undoing one hose clamp and four bolts.

I just used the old towing hitch brackets that I cut off. I turned them around and flopped sides. FWIW, its not possible to get it any higher than mine without a body lift as mine already rides on...
Mine. I will be cutting this off in the future for a tire carrier setup, but we do these on 3rd gen 4runners.
That lambo one above was on my last 1st gen 4runner. It actually worked pretty damn...

Here is mine. Its from a 94' F-150 4x4. My 4runner is a 2000 so the fuel gauge still doesn't work, but I run it off of my Scan Gauge II and its been pretty accurate. To be honest, its probably more...

Posting for a friend. Call Jason 719-994-4444. Truck is located in Pueblo, CO
This is the cleanest truck I have ever seen. NOT abused and very built. Whoever buys it will be extremely happy with...
Sorry, it not worth enough to ship.
This is what I have going on in the shop right now. Its a 1991 4runner 5spd with the 3.0L. Its getting a solid axle, 4" front, 5" rear, Detroits, 5.29s, and some sliders.

I am not sure I want to sell it just yet, but everything has its price.
I bought it this bone stock about 9 months ago. Didn't build it until 3 months and its never seen a trail. So, everything...

I started on my front winch bumper today. I was going to use a pre-made winch mount, but a friend dropped off a sweet 1/4" plate that was the perfect size for what I was going to do. So, I went ahead...
Its not as bad as you might think. Roughly around $4000 installed including the axle if you stick with leafs.
You need to bring Fink's old runner up here for a solid axle conversion.................
Something like this:

I'm itching to do another...
Quick update. Dual cases are now in. For now I am just running the 2.28 stock rear case. I'll add a 4.7 gear set if I think I need it. As it stands I am at 108:1 with the 5.29s. We'll see how that...
Yes, its a Trail-Gear kit. I just became a dealer of theirs, and really needed to see the quality of what they produce first hand. Having worked for All-Pro, and seeing Marlin's kit, the quality is...
Its a Toyota front axle so no widening kit needed.
Good work day today. Drove it home from the shop in fact. John and I kicked ass today.......

This is my 2nd SAS 4runner project. The first one was sold to fund the move to CO and to star Addicted. This time around I went with another 88' 4runner with a 22RE/5spd instead of the A/T.
So,...
1.5" .120 wall HREW. No reason for DOM when its going to get bashed into rocks.
Built this bumper/fender exo today with Big John. Jason didn't want a full exo, but wanted the front fenders and bumper redone. I still need to tie the upper bars above the fender into the shock...
That is why I built it like that. If he ever wanted to he could.
Those lights press into place from the back of the grommet. No way to do that on 2x3" Square .250 wall tubing. It was just easier to go that route.
