I fixed a vac leak and restored the factory air box, reset the ECU and now I have a much improved idle. not perfect but much better.
I capped it, seems to idle a little better but still not where I would like it. I guess Ill just keep looking !
Should I cap it or keep it open ????
I believe its the ac idle up valve and should have some spring loaded adjustable plastic thingamajig in there. but I dont usr my ac si I think Im just going to cap it.

It is my 86 22rte turbo rebuilt 2 years ago new ct20 turbo new 2.5 in exhaust.new radiator, new OME suspension. auto tranny shifts well. recently tuned
My truck idles very rough when in gear, place it in neutral or park and idle is fine ?? I have checked for vac leaks, cleaned throttle body, Im thinking now possibly transmission mounts?? engine...
Well, I got my ride hight worked out but I need some wheel spacers and a alignment before I can tell how things are really riding.
Any one ever use a different nut on that adjusting bolt?? I have the old style with the 1 1/2 in thick brass nut with a lock nut on top of that. If I use a shorter nut I can make things work.
the tip of the a-arm is silver rust preventitive not touching atthis point. this is pre alignment

OK.I installed BJ spacers. the pic shows the room I have between tire and A -arm. MY question is. Is this enough room or should I get wheel...
suspension seems tomove freely on both sides. I can bounce on the fender and watch the A-arms move
I just installed some ball joint spacers and need to crank down my T-bars. I have one side exactly where I want it but the other side is loosened to the point that I have no threads left for the lock...
any write ups ????

My trucks, The 86 has a rebuilt Turbo engine I added OME Dakar rear springs and torsions and of corse my custum Rustoleum rolled on paint job....
no welder, no skill in that area
its not as good as a real clay bar and I used zaino products after using the liquid clay bar.
