I ended up swapping out the Auto POS and putting in an R150F from a 91...
On the V6/5speeds they didnt for some reason put the N on the transfercase lever, however it is definatly still there. Not sure why Toyota decided to do this, but they did.
Trust me i would LOVE to have that light working so i knew what was wrong with my truck. Since the new tranny was from a 95 it had maybe 1 or 2 more wires on it and there was nowhere for them to go....
my O/D light has not worked since i put in the replacement transmission last May. I have some pretty good tests to go by so im going to try them this weekend and see what happens.

we had to pull my brothers recently and he has a 93 3.0 AT and the Bilstein was right in the way. That was a pain int he arse to take off. But after that the starter was really easy to get to.

changing the starter on a 3.0 is a female dog. i havent messed with a 3.4, but the 3.0 sux. If you do end up replacing the starter, the best quality starter i have recieved thus far is one from Napa....
that is something i have always wondered. Why is a tire in a 16" wheel more expensive that a tire for a 15" wheel? THe 15 requires that much more rubber.
im with snap-on the detroit may have been $511 but it is worth its weight in gold. It is not a problem at all in parking lots. Im not sure about lunchbox lockers, but the full detroits allow the diff...
