    20130816-17 Angelus Oaks fishing/exploring/rock garden

just getting out and doing some camping in a new area. The fishing is on the santa anna river and good for trout of all sizes. Primitive camping, good fishing, and a 5 mile long choose your own adventure rock garden. The rock garden parallels a dirt road so you can dive into a much or as little as you want. Planning on doing some exploring of the dirt roads in the area to see old hydro dam tunnels. One fishing spot is on the other side of a gate. There are no signs about trespassing and established trails bypass the gate so its not really sketchy.

    Difficulty: 1-5 trail-rating

    When/Where: Aug 16-17th possibly 18th @ 7 pm on the 38 north of redlands.

Wish we could make it. Truck is not near in shape enough for rocks!

Have fun and get lots of pics. I haven't explored enough in that area.

rocks are all optional. its a river bed with a dirt road running through it. You can turn into the rock garden or out at any time
