When things dont go as planned, all you're left with is adventure. That's the short story of this trip. It was great to meet Mike and Chris. They both wheel often and had the driving skills to roll with the punches as the trails deteriorated. It ended up being a fun weekend and we hit all the spots we wanted in the time allotted.

Great pics! I'll post mine up probably tomorrow.

I have a video processing that I will send you before I post it up to make sure it's kosher.

The dash cam worked out great as a trail cam. I will post up some of those vids later this week.

Awesome trip as always! Much needed!

Looks like a lot of fun, especially driving in the mine. Sean, the camera footage turned out great. It also handled the light, balance and focus when exiting really well.

I am amazed at the camera. I'll upload other videos as I get a chance.

Comments are disabled because I will get 5000 "where is this?" And "weren't you scared?" Comments.

    But dude.... weren't you scared?

If not, can you tell me where this is so I can go as well?

    haha.

Seriously though, the whole concept is pretty foreign to me.

    1) We have no cool shit on the east coast.
    2) We have no public land on the east coast.
    3) This place would be gated, barred, and marked with signage with very stern language on it.

This is a rarity, to be sure. For whatever reason, it hasn't been abused. Yet. I'm sure it will happen at some point.

Much of what we saw is on the endangered list, but hopefully we can keep it around for at least a few more generations.
