I need to take some leave myself. I need to talk to the wife first. With the purchase of a new family car looming it may happen and it may not.

Bah I talked to the wife and got shot down like a nazi bomber over london. Two birthdays and a vendor event for her jamberry stuff. I'm out.

    Bummer!

I am trying to get the truck ready, Working on skidplates and a roof brace to keep it from rattling all the time!

1998 Toyota 4Runner SR5 V6 4x4 + a bunch of goodies. Lifted, Locked, Illuminated and Armored. Winner,"Best Offroad Truck" - 2010 Pismo Jamboree. It's been upside down and still drives me to work.

Any more info on the tracks and trails? Just curious what to expect.

I will be rolling solo this trip. Hopefully I won't be driving up there in the dark on Thursday. I get off work at 2:30, it should take about 4 hours from my house, or 4 hours from work, to get to Bishop. So I would be rolling up there about 9 if everything goes well. Not ideal. I might try to roll up early Friday morning, we'll see. Or maybe I can blow out of work a bit early on Thursday.

nothing new. I have been pretty busy. It all looks pretty straight forward. The back way out I think will end up pretty easy.
