Well this is post build but I didn't think to post up the build till now. Mostly pictures but honestly it was a really straight forward build. I did a full bead on the outside and then I stitched the outside.
For finishing I did a primer first on this bumper and then the hammered paint which has helped in keeping the rust away. I also added a test paint which was a clear bedliner. So far no rock chips. It might be the addition of the primer helping but I think at least some can be attributed to the bedliner.
