great job man! hey on the rear bumper, whats the clearance from the inner part of the tube and the body panel? Im sure theres plenty of space, but it looks awefully close in the pics!

7/8" all the way around.

Is 7/8" a good rule of thumb? I'm working on some stuff and wanted to keep it as tight as I can without having it get into the body from taking a big hit.

so far its worked out well. Alot of my exo averages 7/8s or less and its been gashed pretty badly, never once touched the body that I can tell. Just lost some material from the tubing itself. As far as the bumpers though I think body flex is more of an issue.
