Got the hinges sometime in the last few days (been traveling) - these look good. the bushings/sleeves fit with minimal/no play, all edges are deburred and they move freely. Definately worth the $10Originally Posted by corax

How much did you end up paying for all of your steel? I'm thinking about fabbing a plate wrap around but haven't looked into prices yet.Originally Posted by Seanz0rz

update:
Just added mud flaps to the BruceTS bumper, actually, all 4 corners. It has been raining for 3 weeks, well, with the intension of to be on the safe side of the law, I went to a local parts store bought a cheapy set of plastic mud flaps, $12 from Pepboys, pair of 2. cut each piece into 2, smaller one goes to the front, bigger one to the rear.

Mine. I will be cutting this off in the future for a tire carrier setup, but we do these on 3rd gen 4runners.
That lambo one above was on my last 1st gen 4runner. It actually worked pretty damn well. Even in off camber situations. The strut helped control it a lot. In comparison to the weak spinde type carriers, this worked excellent and the tire had no vibes at all. Even on wash board roads.
