What I started with is a 1994 4runner with a 3.0 and a auto tranny in need of some body work but needed nothing mechanically

After some body work and some paint I added a set of 31" BFG at's and a lockright rear locker

I wheeled the Truck 3 times and decided that i needed some lift and some bigger tires.
I also added Trail Gear Sliders at this time.

I then Upgraded to SODRI Ball Joint spacers up front and some Old Man Emu 901's in the back
Along with some Mud King 33x12.5x15 mud terrain tires.

Some wheeling Pic's

Me getting in too deep and hydro locking

After all that fun and abuse on this poor old truck the tie rods and most of the other front end componets were pretty shot. I think i had gone through 3 Cv's in 4 months and was getting sick of always having to work on it after wheeling to get it to drive correctly.

Then with a Little Help for Heath (interpidyota) the decsion was made to begin a SAS.

The SAS Componet list

84 toyota front axle.
27 slpine longs
5.29's
TG Spring Hanger
TG High steer
TG axle Truss and diff armor
Sky boomerang shackles
48" rears up front made with a set of 86 rears for the main leafs and a set of 91 rears for the leafs added
V6 Caliper upgrade on front axle
square tube front driveshaft

I am just about to finish up the sas but here are some pictures of the progress so far

Future plans

-Install 5.29's
-Install 36" swampers
-Move lockright to Front and run welded rear
-5-speed swap
-dual cases with one 4.7 case
-exo

I want to thank The guys from NTC for their help not only in building it but also in teaching me how. Expecially Chris, Heath and Chad thanks a ton guys
