Its not as bad as you might think. Roughly around $4000 installed including the axle if you stick with leafs.

I started on my front winch bumper today. I was going to use a pre-made winch mount, but a friend dropped off a sweet 1/4" plate that was the perfect size for what I was going to do. So, I went ahead and started fabbing. Keep in mind this is still a work in progress.
